About ABKPK

Aparajeyo-Bangladesh (AB) has been operational for the past 27 years in supporting the disadvantaged children, youth and women across Bangladesh. We believe that every child is born with fundamental rights. Each child is unique and has the right to a name and a nationality, the right to grow up in a safe and protective environment, an education, food, recreation & play, the right to health and proper health care. Each has the right to participate in matters that affect them, and the right to be treated equally. Every child has the right to be protected from all forms of abuse and exploitation.

Aparajeyo- Bangladesh Karigori Proshikhon Kendra is a Government certified vocational training center under the Technical Education Board and began its operations in January 2016. There are two trade trainings offered at the center at Mirpur-13 - Dress Making & Tailoring training and Computer Office Application training. These courses last for three months and six months respectively. The trainings are conducted in two batches of students who arrive at their designated times to attend the classes offered by the experienced trainers. AB trainers have been out in the fields in order to make community members aware of the facilities available at the center.
